Manchester United’s preseason has not got off to the perfect start according to their manager Jose Mourinho. It’s not through lack of proper planning and facilities but rather down to many first team players still on vacation after the World Cup. New signing Fred has not yet joined the squad while Diogo Dalot is out injured. The only new player to have featured for Mou is Lee Grant, signed as third goalkeeper from Stoke City. To top it off, the club is yet to make a marquee signing and fulfill their manager’s wishes of an additional two signings. No wonder Mou is being grumpy! We already know Enrique said no to better paying jobs to work with the national team. He is now eyeing international glory to cement his place in history.
