Inter Milan announced the signing of Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan from rivals AS Roma for 21 million pounds. The midfielder announced his international retirement before the World Cup after being ignored by Roberto Martinez for the Belgium squad.

Serie A champions signed Joao Cancelo from Valencia for 35 million pounds. The Portuguese player is a full-back who can also operate as a winger.

Naby Keita has finally arrived at Liverpool and will don Steven Gerrard’s famous number 8 shirt at Anfield. This transfer was agreed between Leipzig and Liverpool last year, with the player only moving to the English team now. As a reminder, Liverpool has already signed Fabinho from Monaco.

Earlier in the transfer window, Manchester United signed Brazilian midfielder Fred from Shakhtar Donetsk and full back Diogo Dalot from Porto. The rumors are Marouane Fellaini has signed a new contract with the Manchester club as well, after his contract expired due to negotations with the club reaching a standing point.

Arsenal have spent little time waiting in the transfer window as they have brought in manager Unai Emery after he was let go by PSG, Swiss international Stephan Lichsteiner on a free from Juventus and Bernd Leno from Leverkusen.
