Dubbed the next Fernandinho, Fred has been playing for Shakhtar Donetsk in Ukraine for five years now, racking up a total of 101 appearances and chipping in 10 goals from defensive midfield. He won the Campeonato Gaucho twice with Internacional in Brazil and then moved to Shakhtar for 15 million euros.
